R Dawson Architect was appointed by Ploughcroft Ltd to redesign a derelict office over 4 floors into two 2 bedroom Eco Homes under their ‘EcoRoof’ Initiative.
Ploughcroft stabilized the building, re-instated the two houses achieving energy rating from F to C with thermal insulation. Early consultation with planning and building control led to a successful project in the Conservation Area, building a new party wall, bat issues internal alterations and complex negotiations
